Winchester Cathedral Christmas & New Year Events
Christmas Market
Thursday 24th November – Wednesday 21st December.
Open every day from 10am. Closing 6pm Sun–Wed & 7.30pm Thurs–Sat.
Renowned for its unique location, high quality exhibitors and bustling atmosphere.
Find nearly 100 beautifully decorated wooden chalets stunningly situated at the foot of the
Cathedral in the historic Inner Close brimming with Christmas gifts, decorations and festive foods!
Ice Rink
Thursday 24th November – Monday 2nd January.
Open every day from 10am. Last session starts at 7.30pm (closed Christmas Day).
Experience an exhilarating skate under the stars with friends and family at this beautiful
open–air real ice rink. 1 hour sessions include free skate hire – minimum age limit 4 years. Sessions for 2+ years available
Mon–Fri at 9.45am until 16th December.
Ice Rink Tickets: £9.50 adult, £7.50 concessions, £5 children aged 4-7, £30 family (2 adults + 2 children).
